Top 3 Coolest Places To Hang Out in the Antelope Valley!

Some of the most important, life-changing, difficult decisions you will make in your teenage years is picking where to hang out. I have lost friends, colleagues, and even jobs just by suggesting the wrong spot. If you want to avoid a life of isolation and instead enjoy one filled with trendy and sensational places, this is the only list you'll need!

  1. The Antelope Valley Mall

There's just no contest against the AV Mall. Nothing comes close, not even against the food court options. It's ridiculously easy to spend an entire day in the mall, but it'll never feel anything more than a few hours spent. The shop lineup is something serious, with Miniso right at the top of the list. If, for whatever reason, you begin to tire of window shopping, you can always trust the photo booths to keep you entertained. The photos are guaranteed to be cute, and there will always be extra copies for you to share!  Not to mention, the streets are starting to say a Round1 arcade is currently under construction in the AV Mall ... That'll definitely be worth a look once it's built!

  1. Apollo Park

If you're not looking to blow any cash, Apollo Park's just the spot for you. What's more reliable than a good ole park, especially when there's three huge lakes right in the middle! Can you believe that? Three whole lakes! And they're impressive lakes, not weak, ankle-deep ponds that may come to mind. These lakes are blue and grand, accompanied by a village of ducks. If that's not exactly the day you're up for, please don't worry, because there's also a mighty fine playground. With swings! Whether you're looking to laze around on a blanket, or fight for your life in a serious game of Tag, Apollo Park's sure to be the place for you.

  1. Lancaster Cinemark

Don't let the third-place title deter you from this gem, the Lancaster Cinemark is not the place to brush off. There's just something so dreamy about a good movie theatre. Even if the movie you chose to watch is just awful, the taste of a Cherry ICEE and a handful of popcorn will always be there to wash away the bitter taste. The seats of the Cinemark are just as comforting; each recline comparable to a great warm hug.

You'll never miss the release of a hit movie at the Lancaster Cinemark; they're bound to have a wonderful variety. Those photobooths never disappoint either, and the strip of photos are a totally sweet reminded of your time well spent!

Honorable Mention: Pumpkin Patches

Fall is here, and so are pumpkin patches! Disregard any preconceived notion you've kept about pumpkin patches and their age limit, because news just came in: Pumpkin patches are for ALL ages! You could be 75 years old with a head full of silver hair, or 5 years old with drool dried on your face and still enjoy a classic pumpkin patch. It's not just about picking the cutest pumpkin either, there's rides to get on, and truckloads of different foods to try. Last I heard, there was even a petting zoo, filled with just the cutest animals you've ever laid eyes on. Believe me, if you aren't at any of the Top 3, you have to be at a pumpkin patch!
